A light, easy rosé with fresh notes of strawberry and peach — made for slow summer afternoons and easy drinking. Dry, refreshing, and effortlessly approachable.
A crisp, easy white with bright citrus, green apple, and a hint of white peach. A short maceration adds texture, while four months in oak bring subtle depth and softness.
Our first wine — a 100% Merlot. Medium to full-bodied, with a surprisingly light color, opening into notes of dark cherry and warm spice. Aged 12 months in French oak, defined by elegance, balance, and effortless drinkability.
Our prestige cuvée. Made in the traditional method — elegant bubbles, toasted brioche and a finish that lingers like a sea breeze. Limited to 1,700 bottles. Available from May 2026.
In an extremely difficult year that gave very little, we chose to take even less — only what truly mattered. Deep, structured, and precise, with layers of dark fruit and spice. Limited to 980 bottles. Available in 0.75L and Magnum 1.5L.
